Former Everton player Adam Forshaw is an attacking midfielder who spent the end of 2012 on loan to League One side Brentford from Everton and joined the Bees permanently in May 2012.

Forshaw joined Everton aged 8, In the summer of 2008 he was offered a place as a first-year scholar and soon after claimed a regular place in the Everton Under 18's.

Everton manager David Moyes gave Forshaw his competitive debut in a Europa League tie against BATE Borisov on 17 December 2009.

He made his domestic debut as an 82nd minute substitute in a Premier League game against Wolverhampton Wanderers on 9 April 2011.

On 24 February 2012 Adam joined Brentford on a short term loan deal and joined the London side permanently in the summer of 2012.
