In the 1970's Wigan based coach company Eavesway were approached by Everton FC to undertake their team transport.
Current kit man Jimmy Martin used to drive the coach for Everton whilst also helping out with the playing kit. He was appointed kit man full time in 1990 by then manager Howard Kendall.
More recently there was a model made by Corgi of the actual coach that Everton used in the 1990's.
In August 2007 Everton left Eavesway to join up with Ellisons Travel who provide coaches for many Premier League clubs such as Arsenal, Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur.
Ellisons have also provided coach travel for rivals Liverpool since the early 1960's.
All the mod cons such as kitchens, Bose Sound, Wifi and split screen monitors are all available on the current Everton coach.
